I am a Human Resources professional, currently specializing in Talent Acquisition and Management. In my free time I am pursing a Masters in Leadership: Human Resources and Organizational Development. This Blog is a space for exploring my Interests in Strategic HR, Leadership Theory, and Organizational Design.

I am a little obsessed with Corporate Linguistics. Why do companies rename things? Why are we aligning so much? Is that really Strategic? Or is that a buzz word. These are the questions that keep me up at night.

I am also interested in how organizational structure affects output. An organization can have all the right people and still not find themselves successful due in part to reporting structures and organizational design.
